~Roast Filet of Cod – with a spinach gratin, and two sauces: spicy tomato and basil beurre blanc

~Tender Veal Osso Buco braised for 4 hours, the sauce seasoned with gremolata, on wild mushroom risotto

~Lamb Daube - Provencal speciality - lamb shank braised with red wine and citurs, served with garlic mash
