~Filet of Gilt Bream - with roasted fennel and courgettes, pine nuts, basil and olive oil sauce
~Seafood Risotto – with mussels, prawns, scallops, fish and squid with green herb risotto
~Roast Filet of Cod – with a spinach gratin, and two sauces: spicy tomato and basil beurre blanc
~Fillet of Pork with Prune and Armagnac Sauce – served with apple and rhubarb crumble
~Tender Veal Osso Buco ours is braised for 4 hours, the sauce seasoned w gremolata, on wild mushroom risotto
~ Loin of Wild Scotch Venison with black pepper sauce – served with parsnip purée and parsnip crisps
~Steak-Frites a la Provencale – grilled rib-eye, with olive butter and roasted shallots, served with frites
~Wild Mushroom and White Truffle Risotto (v) – with ceps, fresh pleurotte and white truffle essence
